Setting Up Multi-Factor Authentication – Mobile Devices
Follow these steps to Setup MFA

On your mobile device, navigate to your App store or Google Play.

In the Search field, enter Authenticator. The app icon should look like the following:

Click Install.

Open the app and create your account, setting up your pin or biometric settings. Then log into the app.

Select Add Account.

Select Work or school account and then Scan a QR code.

Aim the camera at the QR code provided to capture the code.

Once it has been scanned and you chose the name and selected Finish, you will see a list like the following:

The code that is shown last for 30 seconds and that is the verification or authentication code needed to proceed. (If there isn’t enough time to enter the provided code, wait for the code to refresh and enter the newly provided code)
